Our Providers
LUUN Health is a technology and patient-support platform. We do not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or fulfill prescriptions ourselves. All medical care, clinical decisions, and prescriptions are provided by our independent, licensed telemedicine partner.
Our Telemedicine Partner
LUUN Health partners with SamaritanMD, an independent, state-licensed medical group. SamaritanMD employs or contracts with its own clinicians, sets its own clinical policies, and determines whether treatment is appropriate for each patient.
SamaritanMD
A licensed medical group whose licensed clinicians evaluate patients, determine eligibility, and issue prescriptions where treatment is appropriate through LUUN Health's platform.
How Your Care Team Is Assigned
Which SamaritanMD clinician treats you depends on your state of residence and the clinician's licensure. Medical licensure is state-specific, so the clinician available to you is matched based on where you are located at the time of care. Before your visit, you will be told the name of the clinician responsible for your care.
States We Do Not Serve
LUUN Health does not offer telemedicine services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Vermont until individual provider licenses are posted publicly for those states. All services are available only within the United States.
Pharmacy Fulfillment
If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a U.S. 503A compounding or dispensing pharmacy arranged by SamaritanMD. LUUN Health does not hold a direct pharmacy contract and does not partner with 503B outsourcing facilities. Medications are prepared and dispensed by the pharmacy in accordance with the prescription and applicable law.
