Before a Luun consultation proceeds, you are required to acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This page is the full agreement.

By continuing with a consultation, you specifically consent to asynchronous telemedicine — care delivered through messaging, forms, photo uploads, and other non-real-time tools — in addition to any live communication that may occur. You confirm that you understand how Luun works, that a prescription is not guaranteed, and that treatment decisions are made by an independent licensed provider in their sole clinical judgment.

By accessing luunhealth.com or using any Luun service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Content on this website is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your individual circumstances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where Luun operates to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information during intake.

4. Telehealth services

Luun is a technology platform. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers who exercise their own professional judgment. A prescription is never guaranteed and is issued only when clinically appropriate.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time. You authorise Luun to charge your payment method for orders you place, including recurring fulfilments you have selected until you cancel.

6. Prohibited use

• Misrepresenting your identity or health information.
• Reselling, sharing or transferring prescribed medication.
• Interfering with, scraping or reverse-engineering the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luun is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
